THE GRAND HYATT CAYMAN

The Grand Hyatt Cayman is a hotel and residential condo development project in Grand Cayman.

The resort has been designed as two 10-story towers and will include 195 guestrooms, 158 Grand Hyatt branded residential condo units, resort amenities, multiple restaurants and retail outlets, as well as 30,000 square feet of meeting space. The development will be operated by Aimbridge, an American operator with a portfolio of more than 500 properties and deep ties with Hyatt.
