The MCP Self-Storage Platform is a vehicle that was formed in 2019 to make investments in the self-storage industry across Europe. The vehicle was formed in partnership with two established owners and operators of self-storage sites in London, United Kingdom and Leipzig, Germany as well as with an independent commercial real-estate developer in Paris, France to support their strategic site development and acquisition plans in the space.
